Wolves Have Knocked Manchester United Out Of The FA Cup

Solskjaer's former Manchester United team-mate Paul Scholes left his position as Oldham Athletic manager on Friday after just a month in charge and the Norwegian has opened the door for him to come and talk about his experiences.

"You're always measured on results but we played a good game against Arsenal, [we've] played so much worse and won games and that's the unusual thing when you're a manager you can look behind the result and say that was a good performance didn't get what we deserved", Solskjaer said in his pre-match press conference. We've got to think about the longevity as well, who's going to fit in personality-wise.

"We started too slowly and played into their hands". There are so many highlights to look forward to. "If you want to win the Champions League, you must beat anyone".

"The confidence in the players, it's sky high", he said.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has described Manchester United's FA Cup exit to Wolves as a "big step backwards".

The Chile global has failed to settle in Manchester since his move from Arsenal and is now a fringe man in Solskjaer's first-team thoughts.

Dolphins Trade QB Ryan Tannehill to Titans for Draft Picks
Tannehill received a one-year deal from the Titans that will pay him $7 million with the possibility for more than $12 million. In order to make the trade work, the 30-year-old Tannehill has restructured his contract, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.

However it was not enough as Wolves ran out 2-0 victors in the quarter-final.

Asked whether this defeat could harm his chances of becoming permanent manager, Solskjaer replied: "I'm here until the summer, we've got loads to play for in the league and the Champions League".

"I think I've answered that question quite well here", he said with a smile. It's the worst feeling you can have.

He added: "We didn't play badly against Arsenal".

"And that's maybe the only good thing about that Arsenal defeat, to feel how much it hurt".
