Princess Anne gets savage when asked about Prince Philip's accident

Roy Warne, 75, said that the 97-year-old prince was left "very shaken" following the smash-up near the Queen's Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, southeast England.

The Duke of Edinburgh was driving a Range Rover and the vehicle landed on its side after a collision close to the Sandringham Estate, the BBC reported. The two passengers in the other vehicle were taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries.

"The Duke was not injured", it added in a statement.

Prince Philip, 97, was not injured in Thursday's crash, also involving a Kia, and is recovering at Sandringham.

Philip was involved in an accident on Thursday afternoon when his Land Rover collided with a Kia and flipped onto its side.

Known as the Duke of Edinburgh in Britain, Philip is also famous for his love for speed.

Buckingham Palace has revealed that the Duke of Edinburgh was admitted to hospital this morning as a precautionary measure.

To his surprise he found that the driver of the Rover was none other than Prince Philip, who was driving back from polo in Windsor Great Park with the Queen.

Witnesses told media the accident had occurred when Philip was pulling out of a driveway onto a main road.

Taiwan stages live-fire military exercises after China threats
China is "on the verge of fielding some of the most modern weapon systems in the world". And the Chinese leader added that "we make no promise to renounce the use of force".

But the likes of Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Prince William, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton can be arrested for some things.

Both women have since been released from the hospital.

Police have said the child was uninjured.

"It is force policy to breath-test drivers involved in collisions".

King said auto insurers' risk profiles increased for over-75s, partly because drivers tended to be more frail and suffered more serious injuries.

Mr Warne told BBC Radio 4's Today programme: "I saw it careering, tumbling across the road and ending up on the other side". Norfolk County Council will discuss reducing the speed limit on the road from 60 miles per hour to 50 miles per hour and installing safety cameras.

Warne told Sky News: "My main concern was the other vehicle because there was a lot of smoke around it and I was anxious the tank might go up".

Once motorists reach 70 in Britain, they need to renew their licences every three years, though they do not need to retake their driving test.

Philip, who retired from all his public royal engagements in August 2017, has been staying in Sandringham as usual with the Queen for the last few weeks following their Christmas celebrations.
