Kevin Hart is dishing on his Oscar Hosting Controversy with Ellen DeGeneres

Comedian Kevin Hart says he is "evaluating" his decision to step down as host of the 91st Academy Awards.

Kevin Hart's appearance on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show on Friday drew a terse response from GLAAD, one of the country's leading LGBTQ advocacy groups.

She said that a teaching moment requires Hart "to come out and say 'I was wrong, that is ignorance -- we have people who are killing themselves.' he hasn't said any of that!" This is stuff I've addressed, I've talked about this.

The comedienne then called the Academy and asked them if they would take Hart back, to which they apparently said yes.

Hart also took the opportunity to apologize again for his previous statements, saying, "I stepped down because I'm not going to allow this to tarnish an wonderful night for the other actors and actresses that are going to be on stage that night". I know that I've taken the ten years to put my apology to work. "I've done it. I'm not going to continue to go back and tap into the days of old when I've moved on, and I'm in a completely different space in my life".

"The 39-year-old comedian added: "[It is] the most raw/honest & authentic interview that I have ever done. "Because that was wrong". "We're a huge group of people who love you and want to see you host the Oscars", DeGeneres continued.

Tesla delivers record number of vehicles, cuts prices by US$2,000
The $2,000 price reduction is meant to soften the blow of the reduced tax credit, but doesn't completely offset the shortfall. This number is comprised of 63,150 Model 3 (signifying a 13% growth over Q3), 13,500 Model S, and 14,050 Model X vehicles.

Hart stepped down from the Oscars hosting gig in December, saying that he was asked by the Academy to apologise for his past remarks.

In a Friday rant, Schneider, 55, defended his peers, tweeting "comics are the ones who are supposed to say the frightful things we all think but don't". DeGeneres said that while she is sensitive to homophobia, she also accepts his apology.

But DeGeneres said they will win if he doesn't host the Oscars.

The Oscars haven't named a replacement for Hart, who they hoped would juice ratings for the show. You have grown, you have apologized, you are apologized again right now. However, thanks to a trip to the Ellen Show, he might change his mind. I've addressed this several times, I apologized and after apologizing I said I understand why people would be upset from these tweets, why people would be hurt, why people would be damaged.

After all the drama, could Kevin Hart actually end up hosting the Oscars after all?

Anything, really. But instead, it was just one long monologue from Kevin interspersed with Ellen's approval.

The Oscars will air Sunday, Feb. 24 at 8/7c on ABC.
