During her recent Christmas outing, Meghan and Harry met fans and confirmed that it was nearly time for the baby to pop out.

While it's unclear as to why Meghan had the change of heart and chose to wear a VB dress after all - maybe the clothing fits her differently now that she's pregnant - we love that she felt confident enough to wear something she once thought she couldn't pull off.

They may be part of the Royal Family but even Prince George and Princess Charlotte have their parents up at the crack of dawn on Christmas morning.

The Duchess of Sussex spoke to a fan prior to Christmas Day church services in Sandringham and said she's nearing her due date.

"She is of course welcome at Sandringham", an insider told US.

When a fan asked if she was excited about the royal family's new addition, Kate immediately responded: "Absolutely!" In an interview with Glamour magazine, she said, "Now what I'm starting to learn is, even though things look wonderful on the hanger, it doesn't mean they're going to look awesome on me".

Unlike the royal wedding back in May, Meghan Markle's mom, Doria Ragland, was not formally invited to spend Christmas with the royals.

From having her opinions muted for the sake of the greater British good, to bumping heads with her new in-laws and members of her new staff - all while her estranged family throws shade left and right.

Markle, 37, who wore a Victoria Beckham ensemble for the holiday festivities, was also joined by Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton. She was glowing and instinctively went for her stomach.

Ragland says she is "very happy" about her daughters pregnancy and "looks forward to welcoming her first grandchild".
