Awkwardly pumping her arms in the air and spinning around, the British prime minister took a moment to poke fun at herself before starting her speech at the Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham.

While making her way on to the stage at the Tory Party Conference, "Dancing Queen" by ABBA played in the background and May attempted some moves that people have been calling "The Maybot".

The "evidence" in this case is a video of her arrival on the stage to give the keynote address at the Conservative Party Conference. To "Dancing Queen" by 70s pop group Abba, no less.

May's awkward dancing steeze has been an object of ridicule and memes, but count this writer as one who embraces May's willingness to let the beat move her, even if her kinetic motion isn't world class.
