The laptop features a 12.2-inch Full HD screen with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution.

While the Intel Celeron 3965Y CPU is a step up from the ARM CPU found on the first-gen Chromebook Plus, it's still not as good as the Intel Core M3 bundled on Samsung's flagship Chromebook Pro, which is around $100 more expensive. You will be able to purchase it at Best Buy starting on June 24.

Like the original Chromebook Plus, the V2 comes with 4GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage-not bad, but nothing to write home about.

The V2 looks mostly the same compared to the 2017 Chromebook Plus, but there are a few important changes inside and out that should make it a much better experience for everyone - one of the most notable being the silicon that powers everything. Samsung has also added an additional camera, so now you'll have a standard webcam on top of the display, as well as one on the keyboard deck for you to hold up your massive device and snap shots with. Moreover, the new design presents curved-cap keyboard that resists spills 60cc. That content-consumption-biased panel still has a fairly high pixel density at 181 PPI, but it nevertheless represents a downgrade from the old model's 2400x1600 screen with a more productivity-friendly, Surface-style 3:2 aspect ratio. On the front, the Chromebook Plus v2 gets a 1-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.

How anti-Trump hysteria helps the president on North Korea
When you're Trump's secretary of State, there's always a new fire to put out. 'In fact, honestly, it was never discussed. Many observers say the agreement does little to reduce North Korea's stockpile of weapons.

Samsung has launched a new thin and light premium Chromebook. The Samsung Chromebook Plus (V2) offers even more functionality to users with multiple connected devices, including easy file sharing between Chromebook and mobile devices.

There are more connectors on board, as well, with a pair of USB-C ports (capable of outputting 4K to an external display with an optional adapter), along with a USB 3.0 connector and a microSD card slot.

The second generation of the notebook, Samsung Chromebook Plus V2 boots Chrome OS out-of-the-box.
