Dread it, run from it, destiny still arrived for Fortnite gamers because the Mad Titan is here. As reported by Entertainment Weekly, starting from today, Tuesday May 8th, Epic games and Marvel have joined forces. Of course the nature of the game dictates which way this will fall. Instead, the mode plays out like a standard version of Battle Royale, only regular players have access to more high-power gear while the player who finds the Infinity Gauntlet becomes Thanos.

Epic Games continues to make adjustments to Thanos and the Infinity Gauntlet limited timed mode in order for Fortnite players to have the best possible experience. To do this, select any character within your forte, grab the gauntlet with all six Infinity Stones on the map, it will enable you to become the Big Bad of Titan in the flesh and being able to command the phenomenal abilities of space, mind, reality, power and the soul. PUBG had over 1.3 million of their most concurrent players on Steam.

Fortnite Battle Royale is a competitive mashup of The Hunger Games and Minecraft, where 100 players land on a remote island, collect resources, and attempt to survive as the last person standing.

We wonder if this is what Infinity War directors Joe and Anthony Russo had in mind when they approached Epic Games about a mash-up.

As Facebook-Cambridge Analytica turns, most Facebook users stay put
The minister argued that the commercial sale of user data by Facebook directly affected key rights enjoyed by the citizens. Information Commissioner Office earlier served notice to SCL Elections which is the parent company of Cambridge Analytica.

"And then we started thinking, how cool would it be to have some kind of Avengers-Fortnite mashup?" As first noticed by Polygon, one cut Fortnite's Thanos into Star-Lord's dance battle with Ronan the Accuser in Guardians of the Galaxy.

Epic Games creative director Donald Mustard got a call from Joe, and they started "brainstorming these insane ideas".

The new mode went live yesterday in a Fortnite / Avengers: Infinity War crossover. The crossover mode is free for all platforms and will be available for a limited time.
